ExTempore Orchestra concertsIn 2009. ExTempore Orchestra project concerts continues. On February, 28th the band is playing a gig in Croatia again at Rovinj's MMC. The Netherlands as the project's bass player Rico De Jeer's country of origin will be the next stop with two dates, March 12th, Utrecht, Cees' Place , March,13th Cultureel Studentencentrum Usva and March, 15th in Leimuiden, De Boerderij.

Elvis Stanić Group live in Palach

ESG Live in PalachOctober, 24th, 2008. Elvis Stanić Group concert in cult venue Palach in Rijeka is to be recorded for a live album - integral part of the new „Sol & Luna“ double discografic effort. Album will hit the stores in February next year on Croatia Records label.


4. Jazz Ex Tempore in London

606 Jazz clubThe project Jazz Ex tempore is leaving Croatia. Ex tempore Jazz Orchestra starts on a short UK tour (04. 11. – „The Grey Horse“, Kingston-Upon-Thames ; 05. 11. – „The 606 Jazz Club“, London ; 06. 11. – „The Octave“, London). As part of the tour, a master class will be held at Trinity College in London .

4. Jazz Ex Tempore preparatioins completed

Preparations for this years 4th edition of Jazz Ex Tempore - a multicultural jazz project are completed. Elvis Stanić, initiator and artistic director has invited Johanna Juhola - harmonica (Finland), Hristo Yotsov - drums (Bulgaria), Andrea Vicari - piano (UK), Rico De Jeer - double bass (Netherlands) to be the part of this year's edition.


Elvis awarded with Order of Croatian Danica with figure of Marko Marulić

ESG Live in PalachOn the day of his 45th birthday Elvis received good news from the Office of the President of the Republic of Croatia. According to the proposal of the Ministry of Culture he became the winner of valuable medals, "Order of Croatian Danica with the figure of Marko Marulić" the highest croatian order for the cultural achievements 2008.
Elvis will be awarded on formal receptoin held by Croatian President Stjepan Mesić in occasion of Republic Day on June, 20th in Zagreb..
